               Growth in Industrial machineries controlled by Electrical and Electronic Systems for a better efficiency and productivity leads to the industrial automation.  In early 80s, the machine was controlled by Electrical relays and sensors with high complexity.  In 90s, the growth has been improved to the logic control based electronics for a better machinery and process control applications. It has developed VFDs for better motor control.  In 2000, the growth of PLC plays an important part in the industrial automation.  During this period, the size and speed of the processors had improved and provide better control along with stepper and servo controlled motors.  At present, the development in industrial automation improved drastically in the following factors:

    1. Compactness and Speed
    2. Accuracy
    3. Communication based control
    4. Reducing the wiring by distributed control system.
    5. Remote based applications has developed lot
    6. Communication based sensors (MODBUS, InterBUS, CANOpen, Ethernet, etc.)

Our Company

               In the development of Automation, VALAR ASSOCIATES, started on 2011 in Sivakasi, Virudunagar District, Tamilnadu, India, has achieved proper knowledge continuously from 2000 by making special purpose machines using PLC, High End Sensors and Servo Motors, HMI.  In Sivakasi, there is need for retrofitting of old PLC which were imported from Germany and Japan.  The company provide better technology for updating the control system for printing machines, punching machines, label printing machines, packing machines, cutting machines, match stick machines, etc.  for better productivity and control with latest technology.

               Now the company is very well advanced by using

    1. PLCs of Phoenix Contact, Mitsubishi, Delta and Fatek,
    2. VFDs, Stepper, Servo from Panasonic, Delta, Kinco.
    3. HMIs for better human machine interface from Mitsubishi, Proface, Kinco, Delta.
    4. Sensors like Photo electric sensors, Fibre Optic Sensors, with or Without Communication based.

And provide better service for automation requirements in the industry. 

Now the company is executing the projects with simple IOs from 20 IOs to high end of 1000 IOs using Ethernet and CANopen communication networks.  Also the company is very much able to provide customer oriented service.

The Easycut automatic backgauge control system is to increase both the quality and quantity of production on a paper cutting machine, while reducing the demands from the operator. Easycut has the following features.
  1. Many programming sequences are available. Each program is assigned a job number and job name so that it can be recalled easily. Memory is automatically stored in the system.
  2. It is a PLC controlled system for Motor-Drive positioning system. There are built-in power limiting factors so that mechanical damage is not occur.
  3. Easycut can applied in the machine which has the lead screw with motor control.
  4. The addition of Easycut will enhance the operation of the cutter. Due to the extra productivity, maintenance may be required more frequently.
  5. Easycut is intended for the operation of the backgauge only.
