Our company established since 1998, are the leading manufacturers of post press machineries for the printing industry like UV driers, IR driers, Lamination machines etc, and give services to the printing machines like Planeta, Rapida, Komori etc. in name of Bharat Rotocarvings, with 5 employees. The company is then concentrating the section of retrofitting the printing machines by converting the control panel to the current trend. Our reputation grew for quality workmanship and finishing. This led to the development of the new service offerings.
In 2011, our company is renamed as Valar Associates. Our company is an entrepreneurship of highly qualified management with around about 20 years of manufacturing experience in post press printing machines and Automation of Printing machine control panel as per international standards.
We are having a state of the art modern manufacturing facility having advance machineries and equipments for cost effective and customized production of UV/IR driers and related equipments with high quality standards.
Now Our Company is developed to design LED UV system. This allows us to get an excellent production system with independent design, development and manufacturing. We are having high technical department to develop new designs with new ideas works in eco friendly environment.
Our technician was trained by a German Programmer, Phoenix Contact India P. Ltd. at Pune in the year 2007. Our person is able to program many PLCs like Phoenix Contact, Fatek, Delta, ABB, Panasonic, Mitsubishi etc since 2007. We can automate any type of machine by retrofitting the control panel and/or with the installation of newer electrical.
Our company is not only in the Mechanical segment but also the Mechatronics department.

The technical person has got training in IIT, Chennai for Solar system. As an Energy saver, we implement many solar projects for our customers. We customize the solar system in off-grid and on-grid applications.
